Bico Steel, a Validor Capital-backed processor of heavy carbon steel plates and forged alloy steel, has purchased Integrity Fab and Machine Inc., a custom dies set, plate and parallels provider.
IFABM offers fabricating, welding and machining capabilities and manufactures die, mold details, aerospace components, military products, agricultural products and food industry components. The acquisition aims to allow both Bico and IFABM to offer improved services and a “one-stop shop” to both their existing customer bases as well as new customers.
