Palladium Equity Partners, a minority-owned private equity buyout firm, has added Katherine Lehman, Edwin Moss and David MacDonald to the firm. The new additions will focus on investments in the lower middle market.

Lehman joins the firm with over 25 years of middle-market investment experience as a partner and will lead the investment team. Prior to joining the firm, Lehman served as a managing director with Lincolnshire Management. Moss joins Palladium as a managing director and brings 30 years of experience in middle-market investing. Before joining the firm, Moss was a partner with Hilltop Private Capital. MacDonald comes to the firm as a principal and will focus on deal execution and portfolio monitoring. Prior to Palladium, he served as a principal at Lincolnshire Management.
