The market is “very bifurcated, with good deals going out quickly at very high multiples,” says the Riverside Co. COO Pam Hendrickson. “But deals with a little hair, you’re are either not trading at all or you’re doing a lot of work to figure out if there’s a real thing there.” Avante Capital Partners founder and chairman Jeri Harman reports that valuations have gone back to pre-Covid levels.
