Sitecore, the global leader in digital experience management software, has completed its acquisition of London headquartered Moosend, a SaaS-based marketing automation platform provider.

With the transaction closed, Moosend’s senior leadership team including CEO Yannis Psarras will join Sitecore, overseeing the technology integration and supporting customers and partners with the transition.
