PROS (NYSE: PRO), a provider of SaaS services optimizing shopping and selling experiences, has purchased EveryMundo, LLC. PROS will pay $80 million in cash and deliver $10 million in stock in the future per the terms of the deal.
EveryMundo is a digital offer marketing provider that helps brands to broaden their digital reach and further customer engagement. Since its founding the firm has focused on helping brands like American Airlines, Greyhound and Japan Airline Vacations maximize reach.
