Carousel Capital, an investment firm based in Charlotte, N.C., has recapitalized McCorquodale Transfer LLC, a residential services company serving thousands of clients through its interior design channel partners.
Founded in 1995 by its CEO, Bart McCorquodale, and based in Birmingham, Ala., MTI focuses its service offering on interior design clients and their end-customers, offering outsourced services such as receiving, warehousing, moving, delivery and installation. MTI also offers concierge relocation services to residential customers and commercial clients. The company boasts a 7 location branch network across the southeast U.S. This investment continues Carousel Capital’s focus on companies headquartered in the southeastern U.S.
