Wynnchurch Capital Partners, along with company management, has acquired SPX Dock Products, Inc. from SPX Corp. Headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, Dock Products is a manufacturer of loading dock equipment. The investment marks the third platform acquisition through Wynnchurch’s second fund, Wynnchurch Capital Partners II, L.P. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SPX Dock Products is changing its name to 4Front Engineered Solutions, Inc.
