Wynnchurch Capital Partners and Oak Hill Special Opportunities Fund have completed the acquisition of the traffic control business from United Rentals, Inc. Highway Technologies is a provider of traffic safety services and equipment for the road repair, construction and maintenance industry. Highway Technologies generates approximately $270 million in revenue with 44 branch locations in over 30 states and employs approximately 1,500 people.
