Rick Lacher has joined the Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin family as a managing director and head of investment banking for the firm’s Dallas office, a newly created position. Prior to joining Houlihan, Lacher was a senior managing director at Bear Stearns’s Dallas office, where he served as co-head of the information services group. At Houlihan, Lacher, who joined the firm on Jan. 1, reports to Scott Adelson and John Mavredakis who run the investment banking practice at Houlihan.
