A shareholder in Warwick Valley Telephone Co. wants the firm to try to sell or to capitalize in some other way on its profitable investment in Orange County Poughkeepsie Ltd. Partnership (OCP). In a Nov. 24 13D filing that included a letter of Nov. 21, Santa Monica Partners L.P.’s Lawrence Goldstein, who owns less than 5% of $140 million market cap Warwick, suggested several alternatives for the firm’s 7.5% stake in OCP.
