Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s UK-based portfolio company, Hemscott Group Ltd., a provider of financial data and investor relations services, has merged with i-Deal LLC, an innovator in capital markets workflow solutions. The combined company has been named Ipreo LLC and will have revenues of approximately $100 million for 2006.
