Richard Miller recently came aboard at USEC Inc., as managing director of corporate development, where he spearheads the uranium provider’s M&A endeavors. USEC, based in Bethesda, Md., provides uranium for nuclear power plants, which then convert the element to electricity. The $565 million market cap company purchases low enriched uranium taken from the high-grade uranium of deactivated Russian nuclear warheads.
