@Entertainment, Inc., the largest purveyor of pay television in Poland, has retained Goldman Sachs to help it explore strategic alternatives, including a sale of part or all of the company. Hartford, Conn.-based @Entertainment, with a market cap of $300 million, owns and operates Poland’s largest cable television network, Polska Telewizja Kablowa (PTK), which has nearly one million subscribers. Last year, the company also launched Poland’s first digital broadcast service.
