Accel-KKR has invested in Accellos Inc., a supply-chain execution software maker.
The target, headquartered in Colorado Springs, also provides warehouse management, third party logistics, fleet management, transportation management, trading-partner integration, barcode data collection and parcel shipping services.
Accel-KKR is a technology-focused firm with more than $2.3 billion in assets under management. The Menlo Park, Calif.-based firm’s portfolio companies include iTradeNetwork, Endurance International Group and Paymentus. The terms of the investment weren’t disclosed.
