Synchronoss Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: SNCR) has acquired Voxmobili SA for $26 million.

Voxmobili provides a cloud-based address book service. Customers include AT&T, Airtel, Everything Everywhere, France Telecom, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone. The company is a subsidiary of OnMobile Global Ltd. 

The deal will allow Synchronoss to expand its services to more than 30 mobile operators. The Bridgewater, New Jersey-based company develops cloud software for communication providers that allows them to activate, sync, manage and optimize devices and services.

Other recent cloud technology deals include GTCR's acquisition of Vocus Inc., a cloud-based public relations and marketing software group, and Moody's Analytics purchase of cloud-based loan origination company WebEquity Solutions LLC.
