Sustainable Energy Technologies Inc. is looking for a buyer after a recent financing deal fell through. Revenue-less Sustainable, based in Calgary, Alberta, has a core business of developing wind turbines, and also manufactures power converters in its power electronics technology business (PET). But when Calgary based oil and gas firm Sabre Energy Ltd., which has already invested $C$314,000 in the company, could not agree on terms for a new round of financing with Sustainable, it left Sustainable without the funds to keep its PET research and development team operational.
