An ML Macadamia Orchards LP shareholder has hinted that he may seek control of the small cap nut producer. In an Aug. 8 13D, 7.8% shareholder Fred Ebrahimi, who increased his position from 6.4%, said he could decide “that it is desirable to seek control or influence the management and policies” of the company. This control, the filing said, may come in the form of seeking a position on the board or as an executive officer with Hilo, Hawaii-based ML.
