A Shop At Home Inc. (SAH) shareholder group may wage a proxy fight if the company sells some of its broadcasting assets. But one source said he would not be surprised to see the entire company gobbled up. An anonymous analyst said the Street has been anticipating some sort of action involving SAH. “The company has a lot of asset value, and it is reasonable to expect it to get taken out,” he said.
