Shiloh Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLO) has picked up Radar Industries in the latest car parts transaction.
Warren, Michigan-based Radar provides interior, chassis and powertrain parts to the automotive industry. The company has three plants two in Warren, and one in Celaya, Mexico.
The deal broadens Shiloh's product portfolio. The Valley City, Ohio-based buyer supplies lightweighting and noise, vibration and harshness-related parts to the car and industrial markets.
Angle Advisors advised Shiloh on the deal.
Other recent car parts acquisitions include Delphi Automotive plc's (NYSE: DLPH) deals for Unwired Technology LLC and Antaya Technologies Corp., and Pamplona Capital Management's acquisition of BBB Industries LLC.
