Shiloh Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLO) has picked up Radar Industries in the latest car parts transaction.

Warren, Michigan-based Radar provides interior, chassis and powertrain parts to the automotive industry. The company has three plants – two in Warren, and one in Celaya, Mexico.

The deal broadens Shiloh's product portfolio. The Valley City, Ohio-based buyer supplies lightweighting and noise, vibration and harshness-related parts to the car and industrial markets.

Angle Advisors advised Shiloh on the deal.

Other recent car parts acquisitions include Delphi Automotive plc's (NYSE: DLPH) deals for Unwired Technology LLC and Antaya Technologies Corp., and Pamplona Capital Management's acquisition of BBB Industries LLC
