SFX Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: SFXE) has closed another deal, this time for ticketing company Flavorus.
Flavorus, headquartered in Los Angeles, provides ticketing technology, customer service, on-site operations and event marketing for the electronic dance music (EDM) industry. The company has worked on events for Electric Daisy Carnival, Hard Events, Pacha NYC and Beta Nightclub. The Flavorus deal comes one day after SFX announced closing a deal for React Presents, a festival producer that focuses on events in the Midwest U.S.

SFX has spent the past year scooping up global EDM assets, including Rock in Rio, which it paid $62.3 million for a 50 percent stake in, in February, and Totem OneLove Group Pty Ltd., which producer Australian EDM festival Stereosonic.
