Kachi Partners has acquired Photo Stencil, a manufacturer of stencils and precision tooling used in the printed circuit board assembly process. Financing was provided by Fifth Third Bank in Denver in conjunction with Mirus Capital Advisors, who advised Photo Stencil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
