Personnel Moves Aside, Main Street Sticks with M&A Address

At restaurant operator Main Street and Main Inc. (MSM), Bart Brown will retire as chief executive officer next March. However, Brown will remain on board to help heir apparent William Shrader with the $30 million market cap company’s M&A strategy.
