People Moves: William Blair hires Christina Bresani as head of financial services
Eric Barton was hired by Hancock Capital Management as the director of originations in Chicago. With nearly 20 years of experience, Barton joins the firm’s leveraged senior loan division.
Rohit Bassi has joined private equity firm Corridor Capital LLC as a managing director in the firm’s operations team. Based in Los Angeles, Bassi focuses on portfolio company operations, strategy and M&A diligence.
Doug Behre was hired as chief financial officer of Stamford, Connecticut-based Harvest Hill Beverage Co., a juice manufacturing company backed by Brynwood Partners. Behre has more than 25 years of financial experience in the consumer products industry with stints at Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE: CPB) and L’Oreal.
Richard Bendix has joined Chicago-based investment bank Ravinia Capital LLC as a managing director. Bendix works on the sale of distressed companies, restructurings and bankruptcies.
Jeff Bottcher has joined Hancock Capital Management as director of underwriting in Chicago. Most recently with Antares Capital, Bottcher has more than 16 years of lending and account experience.
Christina Bresani was hired by William Blair & Co. as head of financial services. Joining the firm’s investment banking team in New York from UBS, Bresani focuses on M&A.
Volkmar Bruckner has joined Kirkland & Ellis International LLP as a partner in the firm’s Munich, Germany office. Bruckner’s practice concentrates on private equity and M&A.
Gene Bowles was hired by Atlanta-based Regions Securities LLC (NYSE: RF) as a managing director. Joining most recently from Houlihan Lokey Inc. (NYSE: HLI), Bowles’ transaction experience includes private capital raising and M&A advisory.
Li Chen has rejoined Shearman & Sterling as an M&A partner in Beijing. Chen joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP where she focused on China outbound transactions.
James Chenoweth has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as a partner in Houston. Joining most recently from Baker Botts LLP, Chenoweth provides tax advice in connection to M&A and funding.
Asher Cohen has joined FTI Consulting Inc. (NYSE: FCN) as a managing director in Los Angeles. Cohen has more than 15 years of experience providing advisory services on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions involving technology, media and telecommunications.
