David Block has co-founded Boca Raton, Florida-based Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. Block, most recently the CEO of luxury watch retailer Swiss Watch International Inc., will be responsible for performance improvement in portfolio companies.


Keith Bradley has been named CEO of Swiss Watch International, which is backed by Clearlake Capital Group LP. Bradley is an operating adviser for Los Angeles-based Clearlake.


Ronald Cami has joined Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a partner. Based in Menlo Park, California, and previously with TPG, Cami focuses on private equity and M&A.


John Caple has co-founded Hidden Harbor Capital. Caple, most recently with Comvest Partners will oversee the private equity firm’s overall strategic direction that will invest in companies with at least $25 million in Ebitda.


Brad Critchell was hired by New York-based Hycroft as a managing director. Critchell, most recently with Stanwich Advisors, concentrates on secondary private equity, particularly restructurings.


J.B. Dollison, managing director of Crutchfield Capital Corp., has been named vice chairman of the board of directors for the Association for Corporate Growth. Dollison serves on the executive committee of the ACG and co-chairs the public policy committee.


Peter Eccles has joined Foley & Lardner LLP as a partner in New York. Eccles, previously with Fox Horan & Camerini LLP, focuses on M&A and private equity in the health care, education and technology sectors.


Mark Fine was hired by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a partner in London. Most recently with Bain Capital Credit, Fine concentrates on debt financing in leveraged buyouts and restructuring.


Michael Furey has joined Yukon Partners as a partner. Based in Boston and previously with Halyard Capital, Furey focuses on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.


Ron Hopkinson was hired by Cooley LLP as a partner. Based in New York and previously with Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, Hopkinson concentrates on private equity.


Uri Herzberg was promoted to partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Based in New York, Herzberg concentrates on private equity and M&A.


Angela Kerek has joined Morrison & Foerster’s Berlin office as a partner. Kerek, previously with Linklaters, focuses on acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, debt restructuring and alternative credit.


Niki Lee has joined Ernst & Young LLP as a principal member. Based in Irvine, Califlorinia, Lee was previously the co-founder of human resources M&A advisory firm Tasman Consulting.


Andrew Luh has joined Gunderson Dettmer as a partner. Based in San Francisco and previously with Fenwick & West, Luh will chair Gunderson’s global M&A practice group.


Rich Medor was hired by New York-based Accordion Partners as head of its financial accounting and advisory services practice. Medor, most recently an operational executive for Viacom Inc. (Nasdaq: VIAB), will work with middle-market and private equity-backed companies  on performance improvement.


Charles Moorse was hired by Minneapolis-based Norwest Equity Partners as general counsel. Previously with Lindquist & Vennum, Moorse will be responsible for handling the firm’s legal matters.


George Pavlenishvili has joined Andrews Kurth as a partner in New York. Previously with DLA Piper and Stoel Rives LLP, Pavlenishvili focuses on M&A in the oil and gas and energy sectors.


James Perry was hired by Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a partner. Based in London and most recently with Ashurst LLP, Perry concentrates on regulation and M&A in the financial services sector, including insurance.


Steven Pierson was hired by Lovell Minnick Partners as a partner. Based in New York and most recently with UBS, Pierson concentrates on the financial services and financial technology sectors.


Brian Provost has joined Summit Partners’ executive-in-residence program. Provost, most recently with software company Convey Compliance, will help Boston-based Summit find new investments in the software sector.


Rich Randall promoted to as global head of debt investments at IFM Investors. Randall, based in New York and previously IFM’s executive director of debt investments, manages the firm’s debt investment teams and is in charge of sourcing new investment opportunities.


Stephen Rosen has joined Cooley as a partner. Based in London and most recently with Olswang, Rosen focuses on private equity and venture capital.


Eric Schwartzman has joined Cooley as a partner. Based in Palo Alto, California, and previously with Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, Schwartman focuses on private equity.


Sarah Stasny has joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a partner. Based in New York and previously with Weil Gotshal, Stasny focuses on private equity, including M&A.
