Richard Parker, who left his post as director of the Federal Trade Commission’s bureau of competition earlier this year, is back where he started. After joining the FTC in 1998, Parker returned two months ago to his former position as partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he will head the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation group.
