After slimming down with the sale of its headquarters building, Jenny Craig Inc. still hungers for a buyer for the rest of the company. And one analyst thinks it’s grossly undervalued and could attract a variety of interested parties. John LaRosa, an analyst with Market Data Enterprises, said Jenny is worth between $3 per share and $4 per share, or $60 million to $80 million, if a bidder factors in the company’s zero debt, $52 million in cash and its nationally recognized brand name.
