MSD Capital has acquired DentalCare Partners, Inc., a dental practice management company, in partnership with North Peak Capital LLC. MSD Capital’s Private Equity group is led by Eric Rosen, formerly a Managing Director of Onex Corp. The sellers were Blue Point Capital and Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
