(PRI) it doesn’t control has earned the griping of minority shareholders, reportedly enough to sink the stock offer as it stands. And El Segundo, Calif.-based Unocal has made it clear: If it does not get the threshold of 90% of PRI shareholders-tendering it set, it will maintain the structural status quo.
