Inc. has retained McDonald Investments to explore strategic alternatives, including a sale of part or all of the company. The company is a $30 million market cap developer and operator of gaming properties in Black Hawk, Colo., where it is based. It is the owner of several casino properties, including the Gilpin Hotel Casino, which it developed, and The Lodge Casino, which Black Hawk co-manages with Jacobs Entertainment Ltd.
