As principal, Mr. Hoffman is responsible for finding and analyzing new investment opportunities in the financial services industry for Lovell Minnick Partners, which has offices in the Los Angeles and Philadelphia areas and is responsible for managing the firm’s private equity partnerships totaling over $350 million on behalf of qualified private and institutional investors. Hoffman joined Lovell Minnick from Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., where he served as principal.
