LLR Partners Inc. has announced it was a part of a group that has acquired Philadelphia-based Franklin Mint Co., a well-known brand in the collectibles industry. The acquisition was led by industry veterans Steve Sisskind and Moshe Malamud, who also in charge of the New York-based Morgan Mint, Inc., a coin and stamp marketing company.
