LaserPacific Media Corp. has asked Seidler Cos. to help it evaluate a recent offer from Digital Creative Development Corp., said LaserPacific’s Chief Financial Officer Bob McClain. “There wasn’t a lot of detail in the offer. We’re in the initial stages” of reviewing it, said McClain. The offer was made on friendly terms over lunch, though LaserPacific was surprised by it, he added.
