Now that Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. failed in its effort to replace Image Entertainment Inc.’s board, it is faced with what to do with its 19% stake in the smaller company. But most sources agree Lionsgate (the name which it has referred to itself for nearly a year) still hungers for Image in its entirety.
