Lehman Brothers has been adding a few key bankers to its new media ranks over the past few months, in order to capitalize and better coordinate the convergence of wireless, Internet and media technology which it anticipates over the next several years. Alan Mnuchin, co-head of the banking group, who focuses on media industry clients, spoke with reporters recently at Lehman’s New York headquarters about what’s happening and what he thinks will happen to large cap companies in the globalizing, converging new economy markets.
