Homebuilder KB Home has tapped Charles Schetter to build out its business development group. In this newly created position, where Schetter serves as a senior VP, he focuses on M&A and expansion into new markets for the $1.9 billion market cap company. Los Angeles-based KB builds residential properties across the country, including in Arizona and Florida. The company focuses on first-time homebuyers or first move-up homebuyers and primarily builds single-family homes.
