Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue has increased its partnership ranks, to include a number of partners who will work on bankruptcy and restructuring assignments. Effective today, the Cleveland, Ohio-based law firm has promoted 31 attorney to partnership level, including Jeffrey Ellman and Randall Walters, who will focus on bankruptcies/restructurings and M&A, respectively. Both Ellman and Walters are members of the firm’s business practice group. In total, seven of the 31 partners will be participating in M&A to some degree, said a firm spokesman.
