Kennedy has represented buyout funds and strategic buyers and sellers in numerous leveraged recapitalizations, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions and private equity investments across a broad range of industries. Formerly a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, Kennedy is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
