Jefferies & Co. recently tapped Doug Speegle as a managing director and head of its financial sponsors group. Before joining Jefferies on Feb. 19, Speegle worked at Bear Stearns, where he was a senior managing director in the financial buyers group. Previously, he worked at J.P. Morgan as a managing director in the financial sponsors group.
