Boutique investment house JDA Partners tapped David Haberman as director of its newly formed energy group. Prior to coming to New York-based JDA, Haberman served as chairman of publicly traded DCH Technology, an alternative energy company that specializes in hydrogen fuel cell development. Haberman founded DCH in 1994.
