Bain Capital Partners and Catterton Management Co., as well as company founders Chris Sullivan, Robert Basham and J. Timothy Gannon, and certain members of OSI management have agreed to acquire OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. The $3.5 billion dollar transaction provides stockholders with $41.15 per share in cash.
