Its cash running out and its market value plummeting, UniRoyal Technology Corp. is looking to sell its coated fabrics unit (CFU) in a bid to keep itself in business. In its Dec. 31 10K for its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, the company said it has lost money in the last three years and that raises “substantial doubt that we will be able to continue as a going concern for a reasonable period of time without receiving additional funding.”
