William Hardie recently joined the M&A team of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s New York office, where he will be working on M&A and financial restructuring projects. Hardie will report to Houlihan senior managing director Michael Kramer and will work alongside some 20 other M&A professionals. Though he will not be focusing on a specific sector or industry, Hardie said he has a range of experience with the consumer-products industry as well as intellectual properties publishing and licensing.
