I’m not much of a TV buff, but every now and then I’ll tune into “Flip This House,” which follows real estate investors who take rundown houses and revamp them in a few short weeks. Each episode focuses on the purchase and renovation of a single home, and details the purchase price, renovation expenses, and the market value (including potential profit) of the flipped house so viewers can see how well the buyers might fare.
