Goldsmith Agio Helms has hired Andrew Torgove, formerly the co-head of Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin’s New York Distressed M&A practice, to head of its Distressed Advisory and Restructuring practice. Torgove will be based in New York City. Goldsmith Agio Helms’ Distressed Advisory and Restructuring practice group focuses on providing troubled middle market companies and their lenders, creditors and other constituents with a full range of distressed advisory, restructuring and M&A services in both out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 reorganizations.
