Genstar Capital’s portfolio company Fort DearbornCo. has acquired all of the assets of Renaissance Mark. The acquisition and integration efforts will combine the two “cut & stack” label suppliers and expand Fort Dearborn’s scale and presence. No financial terms were disclosed.
