Two former top executives at Citigroup Inc. have launched a private equity firm to invest in consumer financial services in emerging markets. Robert Willumstad, Citigroup’s former chief operating officer, and Marjorie Magner, its former consumer banking chief, formed Brysam Global Partners after leaving Citigroup in 2005 amid concerns over the largest U.S. bank’s direction.
