Ulis, fresh off completing DMR’s “2001 M&A Survey: The Link Between Shareholder Value and Post-Merger Integration,” which surveyed more than 200 acquisitive, publicly traded organizations, said companies such as Nortel Networks Corp. and Cisco Systems Inc. are not only public about deals gone right, but deals gone wrong.
