Dissident shareholders now control ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. But the direction of the $2 billion market cap biomedical/pharmaceutical company remains unclear. On June 5, a preliminary report indicated that shareholders elected three dissident to ICN’s nine-member board, raising the number of dissidents on the board to six, since three were elected last year.
