Mobile radio developer Digi Link Technologies Inc. has retained a bank to help it look to divest or acquire assets in its portfolio of radio spectrum assets or perhaps to sell the entire company. The Iselin, N.J.-based minicap said May 6 it would retain Peak Capital Corp. to advise on strategic alternatives, including “possible business combinations or transactions involving certain assets of the company.”
