Marketing firm Didit has acquired public relations agency Bridge Global Strategies LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Bridge Global, headquartered in New York, focuses on startup public relations, especially for international businesses looking to enter the U.S.
Mineola, New York-based Didit provides search engine optimization, social media and other marketing services. The company's clients include Beckett Media, Ross & Simon, Coach (NYSE: COH), David's Bridal and other clients.

In another recent public relations deal, GTCR-backed Cision Inc. acquired Gorkana Group Ltd. in October. Before that deal, in June, GTCR purchased Vocus Inc., a public relations and marketing software company, to combine with Cision. In July, PR firm Allison + Partners acquired Portland, Oregon-based firm Frause.
